Add keyword to set dynamic mode

To be able to use Symplify on a dynamic website you first need to add a keyword /* sg_no_proxy */ in the javascript / jQuery tab. This is a keyword that the Symplify script reads and adjusts to a dynamic website. Add this before your code (see image below).
